About the role: Reporting to the Head of Product Innovation, you will lead the development and evolution of our management and leadership products, pathways, and chartered qualifications. This delivery-focused role bridges customer needs and digital capability, requiring rapid prototyping. You will champion User Experience (UX) and market testing to create high-impact, outcome-driven experiences that leverage our Chartered USP.
Responsibilities:
- Market Testing: Execute rapid experimentation and validation of new products and frameworks.
- Engage partners and learners to integrate customer insights into refined propositions.
