About the role
Reporting to the Head of Product Innovation, you will lead the development and evolution of our management and leadership products, pathways, and chartered qualifications. This delivery-focused role bridges customer needs and digital capability, requiring rapid prototyping. You will champion User Experience (UX) and market testing to create high-impact, outcome-driven experiences that leverage our Chartered USP.
Responsibilities
- Market Testing: Execute rapid experimentation and validation of new products and frameworks. Engage partners and learners to integrate customer insights into refined propositions.
- UX & Requirements: Convert strategic opportunities into customer-centric specifications and user stories. Use UX principles to ensure engaging, practical educational pathways.
- Prototyping: Manage fast-paced development using rapid prototyping. Foster a culture of iteration based on pilot results and feedback.
- Data & AI: Employ data and AI to evaluate pilot outcomes, design experiments, and prove product value.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver robust, scalable, and future-proof products.

UX & User-Centric Design: Ability to convert customer needs and market insights into usable product requirements and structures.
Market Testing & Prototyping: Expertise in rapid prototyping and testing to launch products quickly and evaluate impact.
Product Management: Experience in agile, end-to-end development. Knowledge of EdTech, learning design, or skills development is preferred.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at using data to generate insights, define success metrics, and design experiments.
Innovative Use of Technology: Proficient in using AI to accelerate development, with a strong interest in emerging tech.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences and work effectively with internal and external partners.
