Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is hiring a Service Operations Executive on a hybrid basis, combining home working with 2 days per week in our Kettering office.

The role reports to the Partner Service Operations Lead and runs on a fixed 8-month contract at 28 hours per week.

You will guide new Partners through the CMI journey, shaping engagement and ensuring smooth approval and mapping processes to deliver world-class qualifications and apprenticeships.
