About the role:
Our Partner Engagement team works to support our continued growth through building and maintaining strong partnerships with our Higher Education partners.
Working directly with one of our Relationship Managers, the focus will be on providing the key support required to help identify, and carve out new innovative ways to engage and foster growth amongst these partners, with the ultimate goal of aiding them reach their full potential and meet internal set targets and KPI’s.
This role will focus on supporting Higher Education partners based in the North of England.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain and build provider partner relationships and business, aiming to be “partner of choice” in the management and leadership space
- To lead on the implementation of key partner contracts and ongoing project management to ensure engagement, to include:
- providing a point of contact and escalation for the partner across CMI
- collaborating effectively and championing the partner with key stakeholders across CMI
- developing and delivering implementation and engagement plans for partners within agreed service levels to ensure timely registrations of learners, learner activation and use of CMI resources
- delivering expert support, guidance and problem solving to the partner in collaboration across CMI
- To provide real value to the Partner relationships and to strive to improve customer service standards
- To help to identify new opportunities and leverage relationships with partners to pass over to the relevant Relationship Manager
- To achieve internal targets and KPI’s set on a quarterly basis
