The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Flexible between home or one of our offices in Kettering & London. Travel will be required occasionally for meetings and organisational events. We are recruiting for two permanent roles, and one 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Membership Journey Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and elevating the CMI member and learner experience.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Use diverse channels (social media, email, print, events, third parties) to demonstrate membership value, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Agile Adaptation: Quickly pivot engagement strategies based on shifting member needs to maintain high KPI performance.
- Fully leverage existing and new digital platforms/functionality: Provide resources, including designing and curating new content.
- Optimisation & Testing: Generate regular insights (focus groups, surveys, data analysis) with internal teams to refine learning pathways and user experience.
- Journey Monitoring: Continuously evaluate the member journey/resource usage to find new engagement opportunities, using data to understand renewal drivers and ensure clear CMI value-add.
Someone who can build their external networks to share best practice and gain sector insight. Able to put themselves in the shoes of our membership community and use data and insight to understand their different wants and needs. Agile and able to cope with changing priorities.
