This is a hands-on role within a small Digital Marketing team, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. You will manage digital campaigns, optimise acquisition journeys, implement tracking, analyse performance and make practical recommendations to improve results. Confident working across digital channels, CRM and marketing automation, you will turn data into actionable insights and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, conversion rates and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, optimise and report on multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (paid search, social, retargeting, SEO).
  • Translate business objectives into measurable digital marketing plans with clear KPIs, budgets and performance reporting.
  • Support the setup of landing pages, forms, tracking links, campaigns and automation where required.
  • Use tools to monitor performance, identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that turn campaign and website data into clear, actionable insight for non-specialist stakeholders.
  • Work proactively in a fast-moving environment, helping to improve processes, reduce manual work and create clearer ways of working.

About you:

We are an inclusive employer and welcome all diverse backgrounds, where individuality is celebrated, creating both a forward-thinking team and a supportive space for everyone in the CMI team. We actively invite applications from diverse cultures and experience. We are looking for someone who can enhance our culture and align with our core values. We want someone who is ‘Passionate’ in making a positive difference to the skills of managers and leaders, ‘Practical’; with the ability to make quick and smart decisions, ‘Progressive’ about creating a better future and maintaining a ‘Professional’ code of conduct, through being accountable and ethical in everything that we do.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience planning and optimising digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of landing pages, forms, tracking, digital acquisition journeys and conversion optimisation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Social Ads, GA, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMRush and Salesforce.
  • Confident using AI to improve planning, workflows and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into clear insight.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where processes are developing, with the ability to create structure and solve problems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, campaign quality control and GDPR awareness.
  • Copywriting skills are desirable.
