Your role
You will have the opportunity to deliver personalized and exceptional service to our corporate customers, ensuring high standards of customer service. You will handle enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing expert guidance on CII Group products, services, qualifications, and membership, and support the accurate processing of customer orders. You will assist clients through various processes, including Corporate Chartered Status (CCS), Associate Firm (AF), International Professional Partner Firm (IPPF), and Corporate Membership, using voice, chat, and email communication channels. This varied role offers training opportunities within the sales operations team, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have the chance to understand customer needs and provide top-quality service, while maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude. Additionally, you will take a creative approach to work, recommending new processes and ideas to benefit the CII.
