Your role
As part of the Membership Team, you’ll lead the development and delivery of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme—ensuring it remains relevant, high-quality, and valued by professionals across the financial services sector. You’ll work closely with partners and a dedicated network of regional volunteers to shape a learning experience that reflects the evolving needs of the profession. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll collaborate with external panels to curate content for a wide range of roles, support pro-bono initiatives that help members give back, and use data to guide decisions that enhance member value. At its heart, this role is about building meaningful connections and creating opportunities for professional growth.
