Your Role
As a Professional Standards Manager, you will support the development, promotion and delivery of professional standards across the CII, helping to drive best practice in professionalism, ethics and conduct across the insurance and financial planning professions.
Working closely with the Head of Professional Standards, you will play an important role in shaping and embedding standards that support members, learners and Corporate Chartered firms in the UK and internationally.

You will lead and coordinate a range of professional standards activities, including CPD policy and audit processes, accredited body requirements, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional projects.
Working with colleagues, industry bodies and governance committees, you will help ensure the CII remains aligned with regulatory expectations and evolving industry best practice.
This is a varied and influential role with significant exposure across the organisation.
You will contribute to strategic initiatives, develop professional standards content and guidance, monitor emerging developments, and provide insights and reporting to senior leaders, boards and committees.

- A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Professional Standards Manager.
- A formal 2nd Stage (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with leadership representatives of the Strategy, Advocacy & Professional Standards teams.
