Your Role

As a Membership Lifecycle Executive, you will play a key part in delivering smooth, engaging, and consistent membership experiences from onboarding through renewal and reactivation. You’ll take ownership of developing and optimising lifecycle campaigns and processes, ensuring every touchpoint is clear, accurate and aligned with brand standards. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll build and refine automated CRM journeys, create and evaluate personalised marketing campaigns, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. You’ll manage member lifecycle communications, oversee feedback channels, and provide timely responses, escalating issues and identifying opportunities to enhance the member journey. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating content through Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Suite and Umbraco, producing performance reports, and contributing to a positive, high-quality membership experience at every stage of the journey.

You bring energy and clarity to membership communications, with an instinct for creating engaging, well-crafted content across email and web. You’re naturally organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy using data to understand what’s working, spotting opportunities for improvement, and shaping effective member journeys. You build strong relationships with ease, working confidently with colleagues and partners to deliver smooth and consistent experiences.
