Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll build and refine automated CRM journeys, create and evaluate personalised marketing campaigns, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. You’ll manage member lifecycle communications, oversee feedback channels, and provide timely responses, escalating issues and identifying opportunities to enhance the member journey. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating content through Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Suite and Umbraco, producing performance reports, and contributing to a positive, high-quality membership experience at every stage of the journey.
