Your role will support migration activities from legacy systems such as NAV to Business Central. Working closely with the Business Optimisation Lead and project stakeholders, you will provide day‑to‑day project support across data preparation, documentation, testing coordination, process mapping, and user readiness activities. This development role offers early‑career practical experience of business change, systems migration, and cross‑functional project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support data validation and cleansing activities for the migration from legacy NAV systems, working with teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist Sales, Finance, and other business teams in validating payment details, client records, and membership information to improve data quality ahead of migration.
- Support testing activities by preparing test scripts, recording results, logging defects, and following up on actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including action logs, status updates, process notes, and meeting outputs.
- Assist with membership renewal and finance‑related processes by ensuring accurate data entry and supporting the recording and reconciliation of payments, including Direct Debit and card transactions.
- Work with the Finance team and other stakeholders to help maintain system accuracy and integrity during migration and transition activities.
- Ensure personal data is handled in line with GDPR and data protection requirements across all activities.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and project support, including running checks, preparing simple reports, and communicating findings clearly to internal teams.
Key Requirements:
- Motivated and detail‑oriented graduate or intern with an interest in project work, business systems, data quality, and process improvement.
- Confident communicating by telephone and email to obtain and verify information, comfortable working with data, systems, and administrative processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to high standards and precision.
- Some administrative, placement, internship, volunteering, or work experience in data handling, customer service, project support, or office administration is helpful.
- Confidence using databases and business systems, with exposure to ERP platforms such as D365, Salesforce, NAV, or Business Central advantageous but not necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate, consistent, and complete data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to handle high volumes of enquiries while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Proactive and team‑oriented, with the ability to work independently when required.
