Hybrid, London - City

Full time, Fixed Term

Salary: £ 80,000 - £90,000

Your role:

As Business Transformation Project Lead, you will drive strategic transformation initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes, improved services, and operational efficiency. Acting as the bridge between digital delivery teams and business operations, you will lead complex change programmes across people, processes, systems, and data, ensuring successful delivery aligned to organisational objectives.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will redesign and optimise end-to-end processes, enhance customer and colleague experiences, and support the delivery of modern CRM and digital transformation initiatives. You will champion continuous improvement, ensure strong governance and risk management, and embed sustainable ways of working that deliver measurable benefits.

You will provide leadership across all stages of transformation, from shaping strategy and prioritising delivery through to system implementation, data migration, user adoption, training, and benefits realisation. Success in this role will be defined by high stakeholder engagement, improved business processes, strong user adoption, and the delivery of transformation programmes on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

You:

  • You are an experienced transformation leader who can turn strategic goals into practical, business-focused improvements across people, processes, systems, and data.
  • You thrive in complex environments, bringing together stakeholders from across the organisation to drive change, build alignment, and deliver lasting results.
  • You have a passion for simplifying and optimising processes, using data, technology, and continuous improvement approaches to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • You combine strong programme leadership with a hands-on understanding of CRM, business process transformation, and the successful adoption of new ways of working.
  • You are confident leading large-scale change initiatives, balancing governance, risk management, and delivery excellence while maintaining a focus on user experience and business value.
  • You are motivated by measurable outcomes, using insight, collaboration, and innovation to deliver sustainable improvements that support organisational success.

Interview process:

We understand that taking time to prepare for and to attend interviews is a big commitment and want the process to be as transparent as possible.

You can expect the following process from us:

  • A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
  • A formal 2 Stage Teams interview with the leadership representatives of the Business Solutions & People & Culture Teams.
