As People Services, Reward & Insights Manager, you will lead a team of two and manage high‑quality, efficient and compliant People operations across the full colleague lifecycle. You will oversee HR services, payroll coordination, reward processes, policy administration, and people data reporting, ensuring a consistent and positive colleague experience underpinned by strong systems, accurate data and clear processes.

Location: Hybrid, London – City

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000‑£75,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of two to deliver efficient, compliant People operations across the colleague lifecycle.
  • Oversee HR services, payroll coordination, reward processes, policy administration, and people data reporting.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner for managers and colleagues, working closely with People & Culture, Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure payroll and reward activities are delivered accurately, fairly and transparently, while maintaining robust governance and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Translate people data into meaningful insights, producing and analysing workforce reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support informed decision‑making and monitor cultural and values‑based outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimising HR systems, streamlining processes and embedding self‑service and automation where possible.
  • Actively role‑model and embed the Institute’s BEST Values, ensuring all People Services interactions reinforce a values‑led culture where colleagues feel supported, empowered and able to perform at their best.
