Your Role
As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will lead the delivery of strategic financial insight, guiding budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Finance Director and Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping long-term financial strategy through robust planning, modelling and commercial analysis. Working closely with senior finance colleagues and wider business functions, you will drive effective decision-making by delivering clear management information, challenging assumptions and providing meaningful performance insights. The role also involves strengthening key areas such as pricing strategy, revenue conversion, and portfolio optimisation, ensuring financial data translates into actionable business outcomes. You will oversee internal reporting, contribute to Board and Committee discussions, and deputise for the Finance Director where required. Alongside this, you will lead continuous improvement across finance systems and processes, embedding a structured, data-led approach to reporting and analysis. With responsibility for developing and mentoring a high‑performing team, you will foster strong collaboration and build capability across the finance function and wider organisation.
