Role Overview
Play a central role in keeping the executive office running effectively by supporting up to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex and often shifting priorities, ensuring diaries are aligned, meetings are purposeful, well prepared, and that information flows across the business.

Hybrid, London – City. Full time, 2‑month fixed‑term contract. Salary: £42,000‑47,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Leadership Team with diary management and prioritisation.
- Coordinate and prepare all meetings so they run efficiently and add value.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft and manage communications on behalf of senior stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making.
- Adapt support as priorities evolve and help the executive team focus on long‑term objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly organised with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident managing complex diaries and coordinating competing priorities.
- Ability to prepare and administer meetings efficiently.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Clear and effective communicator, including drafting and managing communications.
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement when carrying out research and analysis.
- Proactive in anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
