Your Role

As an Events Executive, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of events across in-person, hybrid, and digital formats, ensuring they meet agreed objectives, budgets, quality standards, and KPIs. This includes planning and scoping each event with stakeholders, managing logistics and execution, and overseeing the full event experience to ensure a seamless and high-quality delivery.

Compensation

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme delivery, budget management, and supplier coordination, including negotiating contracts, raising purchase orders, and tracking spend.
  • Manage speakers, partners, and delegates – ensuring clear, timely communication, running briefings and dry runs, and maintaining strong engagement throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Use and support event systems and platforms, including CRM tools and digital delivery platforms, ensuring effective integration into event workflows.
  • Lead registration processes, event communications, and inbox management, using insights and data to track performance against KPIs and continuously improve future events.
  • Contribute to innovation and process improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery and delegate experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to refine ways of working, support event delivery where needed, and maintain a flexible approach to meet business and event demands.

  • Strong project management skills, confidently coordinating multiple events at once while keeping everything organised, on track, and aligned to clear objectives.
  • High sense of ownership and pride in delivering high‑quality experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders, speakers, suppliers, and delegates.
