Your role

In this role, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones, with a focus on regional broker and advisory firms in insurance and financial planning. You’ll promote the value of our products and services, ensuring their successful adoption across key accounts. You will develop and maintain long-term, multi-level relationships, creating account plans that align with client needs and our corporate proposition. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and capitalize on growth opportunities. Your responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning, and providing regular updates on business development activities. You’ll also conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, all while meeting revenue targets and ensuring exceptional client service.

You’re strategic and proactive—able to create account plans, manage a sales portfolio, and contribute to long-term business objectives. You may be an experienced professional in the insurance or financial planning sector, confident in navigating market trends and understanding client needs. You are comfortable travelling regularly within the UK to meet with existing and new clients.
