Your role
As Assessment Design Specialist, you will shape the future of vocational qualifications across the insurance, financial planning, and mortgage advice sectors. You will design assessments that are authentic, inclusive, and aligned with professional standards—supporting learners in developing the skills they need for real-world success.
You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to create a range of assessment formats, including exams, coursework, and capstone projects. These will be built around qualification frameworks, the Professional Map, and principles of good assessment design. Your work will be central to a major portfolio redesign, offering the chance to influence assessment strategy and contribute to innovation in professional education.
