Salary range: £25-28K DOE
Reporting to the development manager.
Objectives:
Add value across three key areas of the institution's business:
- Managing and developing the CICES Approved Development Scheme (ADS) programme
- Supporting the implementation of the CICES Education Panel (EP) in addressing the current and future needs of the civil engineering surveying sector
- Providing a crucial link with the CICES membership team to support and enhance the membership proposition
Role responsibilities:
- Ongoing implementation of the account management approach to ADS customer service
- Building long-term relationships with companies to encourage membership and uptake of the ADS programme
- Assisting ADS key contacts, to review progress and respond to queries
- Implementation of a series of visits and presentations to ADS members
- ADS lead development and nurturing
- Liaison with ADS companies on education issues
- Supporting the EP in the development of educational initiatives and curriculum.
- Updating of member database as/when necessary
- Handling membership enquiries via phone and email when required
- Encouraging ADS members to attend membership surgeries
- Supporting the membership review process when applicant numbers reach an agreed threshold
- Attending relevant events and industry conferences/exhibitions as required
- Other related duties by mutual agreement with the development manager
