The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, insight-driven supply chain analytics that support strategic decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity, consistency, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, while translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels. Working within a multifunctional environment, the role combines strong analytical capability, financial awareness, and leadership to drive performance, enable standardisation, and support ongoing operational excellence initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end analysis and data management of core Supply Chain metrics, including business savings/headwinds, supplier delivery performance, and supplier quality.
- Distill large-scale Supply Chain analysis and present results to management at all levels of the business.
- De-risk and improve current reporting processes, maintaining data integrity through mistake-proofing and increasing automation.
- Assess and articulate the financial impact of supply chain activities (Finance background preferable).
- Provide an agreed format of data analysis to drive evidence-based decision making for the customer.
- Identify options for potential improvement solutions within the business, assess them for technical & business suitability.
- Liaise extensively with external or internal customers on all aspects of reporting.
- Construct and implement standard work in line with Management requirements.
- Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to develop and support digital reporting solutions.

Candidate Skills & Requirements
- Degree qualified in a Business/Data analytical type qualification preferable.
- Expert level competency in Microsoft Excel and other office programs.
- Competent in Business Intelligence applications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Preferably competent in SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Problem solving skills.
- Desire to not only present data, but investigate drivers of data and trends.
- Strong organisation skills and agility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable collaboration across teams/departments.
- Strong communicator, with relevant stakeholders at all levels, to drive issue resolution and influence key decision making.
- Ability to report effectively to all levels of stakeholder.
