I am partnering with a high growth fintech organisation that is scaling its procurement and risk capability as part of a wider global transformation. This is a newly created role within Procurement, focused on strengthening and modernising Third Party Risk Management delivery across the business. The position reports into senior procurement leadership with regular exposure at executive level.

The environment is fast moving, ambitious and change focused. This is not a steady state role. It suits someone who enjoys building structure, improving quality and taking ownership of operational outcomes.

The Role

  • You will be the senior onshore lead for TPRM delivery, overseeing an offshore operations team based in Mauritius while ensuring high standards, consistency and control across all third party risk activity.
  • A key part of the role is improving how things work. Current processes are largely manual, creating an opportunity to introduce automation, strengthen governance and embed best practice across the lifecycle.
  • You will act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on day to day TPRM matters, helping the business navigate risk requirements in a pragmatic and commercial way.
  • This role carries real influence, autonomy and visibility as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day oversight of offshore TPRM operations and delivery quality.
  • Set clear standards and ensure outputs are accurate, consistent and audit ready.
  • Track performance against agreed service measures and intervene where required.
  • Support and coach the offshore team, including periodic on site engagement.
  • Coordinate closely with Procurement and business stakeholders to ensure assessments are triggered at the right time.
  • Partner with internal risk specialists to ensure higher risk cases receive appropriate review and resolution.
  • Own escalation of complex risk issues and drive remediation activity to completion.
  • Contribute to reporting, metrics and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of tools, systems and processes across TPRM.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong hands on experience within Third Party Risk Management operations.
  • Clear understanding of what good looks like in a well run TPRM function.
  • Proven background in process improvement and transformation.
  • Confidence operating independently in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with offshore or remote teams.
  • People leadership experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Background from consulting and or industry is welcomed.

Why This Role

This is a genuine build and transform opportunity within a fintech that is investing heavily in procurement and risk capability. If you enjoy ownership, delivery responsibility and shaping how a function operates, this role offers real scope and progression.
