We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to lead the management of a portfolio of high-value contracts. This role is client-side, senior, and influential, requiring strong commercial judgement, confidence working within statutory procurement frameworks, and the ability to manage risk and performance across the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and govern high-value, high-risk contracts, applying proportionate oversight based on value and risk.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute contract management professional with experience operating in complex, regulated environments, ideally within healthcare or hospital settings.
Essential experience and knowledge:
- Proven experience managing high-value and high-risk contracts from the client side in a regulated environment.
Desirable experience and skills:
- Experience with Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Managed Equipment Service (MES), or other complex commercial partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, law, finance, engineering, or other numerate subject).
- CIPS accreditation or a clear commitment to achieving CIPS qualification is highly advantageous.
