With sites across Europe, Africa, and the Americas, the company has recently entered a new phase following private-equity investment: sharper focus, faster decisions, and huge opportunity for impact.
Now, they\’re looking for a Global Procurement Specialist to join their UK team and play a key role in building a smarter, more connected procurement function across the group.
The Opportunity:
You\’ll work closely with the Group Procurement Manager, taking ownership of sourcing and supplier activity that directly drives efficiency, quality, and sustainability across multiple international business units.
In this role, you will:
- Consolidate purchasing activity across the group to unlock value and scale.
- Lead tenders and negotiations that deliver real commercial impact.
- Shape category strategies that balance cost, quality, and innovation.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with suppliers who share our sustainability vision.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain teams to solve complex procurement challenges.
- Analyse spends and performance data to uncover insights and drive savings projects.
- Support the rollout of new procurement processes, policies, and best practice.
- Bring fresh ideas and energy to a small, agile, and ambitious procurement team.
This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role – perfect for someone with a few years of procurement experience who\’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a difference.
About You:
- 2-5 years\’ experience in procurement (direct and/or indirect categories).
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and collaborate.
- Well‑organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑moving, international environment.
- Spanish language skills preferred (French also an advantage).
