My client is a household property consultancy organisation looking for a Procurement FM Manager to accelerate efficiency and manage a large account for their evolving portfolio in Facilities (both Hard & Soft), for a leading Oils and Gases client. The position itself involves being entrusted as the responsible manager for strategic sourcing and procurement related to a large client’s requirements in both hard and soft FM across EMEA. You will be accountable for framework supplier relationships, with support from Category Management, as well as implementing RFP management, contract management and strategic Procurement planning. In liaison with local FM Managers as well as the Account Director, you’ll be expected to pinpoint the desired scope of services to be purchased in accordance with account resources. Playing a pivotal role in your daily business would also be matching each account deliverable with successful delivery of savings targets through negotiation. My client, as well as being a leading player globally in investment management and property, are renowned for their people-first culture, exemplified by their commitment to employee progression and development. What We’re Looking For 7+ Years’ experience managing complex procurement processes across procurement topics, with a specialist understanding of FM services and management of suppliers. A degree or strong educational equivalent. An ambitious, passionate, co-operative and analytical personality. Exceptional negotiation, commercial, financial, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage strategic relationships throughout Europe or globally with suppliers. Excellent skills in English language, in both writing and speaking. High comfortability with services contracts sourcing processes.
