About the Role
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with purchasing & placing orders; ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchases for goods and services.
Role Responsibilities
- Undertaking general administration activities in a timely manner
- Raising purchase orders & requisitions
- Processing invoices
- Following up on the delivery of outstanding purchase orders
- Forecasting product requirements
- Handling and resolving delivery and supplier queries
- Identifying and implementing any opportunities to improve our current processes
- Any general administration support
- Ensuring all invoices are up to date and processed accurately before due date
- Ensuring all manual reports are up to date
Role Requirements
- Excellent G-Suite skills, particularly Google Sheets (excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Effectiveness in managing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Procurement and/or Supply chain experience is preferred but not essential
- Self-motivated and proactive with a hands-on approach
