Position: Process Manager
Contract Type: Permanent β 45 hours
Location: Baginton, Coventry
Shift: Night shift / Monday-Friday / 18:30 β 04:30

What you\βll do:
Process Manager is a key management position within the National Hub, reporting directly to the Operations Management Team. You will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the Hub operation, in accordance with the individual work area requirements. You will promote a team working culture with high priority given to workplace safety and operational efficiency. You will have the ability to work and manage your own time, as well as the flexibility to cover all areas within the Hub operation.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- To ensure the effective planning and deployment of all operational resource in accordance with the work area requirements.
- To ensure all staff receives adequate training and that training remains concurrent in accordance with the work area requirements.
- To ensure all pre and post shift equipment checks are completed and reported in accordance with the work area requirements.
- To ensure all equipment defects are reported in accordance with the work area requirements.
- To ensure all KPI targets are achieved or exceeded in accordance with the work area requirements.
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for colleagues, customers and the operation.
- To ensure we deliver a quality service to our customers and colleagues and a personal commitment to ensure quality through our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure we deliver consistency throughout our network.
- Compile and complete daily operational shift reports in accordance to work area requirements.
- Comply with company the Company Code of Conduct.

- Minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting Management role.
- History of managing teams of 20+ operatives.
- Knowledge of resource management, deployment and training & development.
- Excellent communicator at all levels and be able to provide, receive and implement operational information and instruction.
- Computer literate particularly Microsoft office
