Are you ready to take your procurement expertise to the next level? We are on the hunt for a passionate Buyer to lead the charge in both transactional direct purchasing and indirect procurement. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all purchasing activities for packaging and raw materials, ensuring seamless alignment with manufacturing demands, inventory policies, and GMP principles. Beyond that, you will provide leadership and support for indirect procurement, driving operational excellence across the site. What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role managing direct & indirect procurement.
- Experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is key (ideally but not essential is experience in the nutrients and supplements sector).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a 'can do' attitude and business partnering ethos.
- Analytical approach and high level of attention to detail is critical, due to dealing with large amounts of data.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (we use MS Dynamics - Business Central), Power BI and the wider MS Office suite.
- Collaborative and a strong team player.
