P2P & Procurement COE Responsibilities:- End-to-End Procure-to-Pay: Take full ownership of the entire P2P process to impact business productivity and operational success.
- Guiding Procurement Best Practices: As a custodian of the organisation's sourcing guidelines, you will champion transparency and cost-effectiveness while embedding world-class procurement.
- Ownership of Procurement Tools & Systems: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies, ensuring they support business needs effectively.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key business leaders to understand procurement needs, support transformational change projects, and deliver optimal solutions.
- Performance & Risk Management: Lead efforts to monitor procurement performance, drive continuous improvement, and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
- Leading Procurement Transformation & Championing Sustainable Procurement: Drive regional procurement transformation projects, implementing innovative solutions that future-proof procurement operations and unlock new value opportunities.
- Operational Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee procurement operations, including supplier relationships, contract management, and invoice processing, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Proven procurement experience and the ability to operate in a global matrix organization.
- Strong background and experience in P2P transformation and driving Procurement Excellence.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive transformation in a complex business environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and influence, whether it be with more junior members or with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to develop a long-term strategic vision whilst being hands-on operationally.
