Position: Merchandiser (Stockton‑on‑Tees, Hartlepool)

Contract type: Flexible, part‑time zero‑hour contract

Location: Stockton‑on‑Tees / Hartlepool

Pay: £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay)

Mileage and Travel Time Paid (excluding first and last 10 min/8 miles from home)

Location Allowance if applicable

Full UK driving licence required, plus use of vehicle. Average of 5‑20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

  • As an Instore Merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor.
  • You will own your territory, taking responsibility for point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment and audit.
  • Maintain visually impactful displays and keep them on‑brand.
  • Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
  • Ensure stock is replenished and displays remain up to date.
  • Develop and follow a cost‑effective journey plan, making every visit count.

You should thrive on autonomy and enjoy engaging with others.

Requirements

  • Previous merchandising experience advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Friendly, confident personality with a can‑do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
  • Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
  • Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Right to work in the UK.
