This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women's and men's clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive. Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.
Who you are: We are looking for an ambitious individual who can work collaboratively across functions and channel partners. Someone with a passion to achieve great results through building robust processes, who demonstrates innovative thinking and who is self-driven to get things completed to a high standard. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Primary objective of the job: You will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective planning, management, and analysis of merchandise across various channels including retail, online and third party concessions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a key role in optimising product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to meet customer demand and achieve business objectives.
What you'll be doing:

- Utilise sales data, historical trends, and market insights to forecast demand, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Develop pricing strategies, markdown plans, and promotional campaigns to maximise sales and margin while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align merchandising efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives.
- Using data to optimise sales across key product areas and channels including 3rd parties and our international stores.
- Working alongside the merchandising team to plan and develop strategies including budgets, option planning and ratio management.
What you'll need:
- Confident communicator with strong management skills.
- Have energy and enthusiasm to push through barriers to get the job done.
- Able to work collaboratively but also a self-starter who is pro-active and can take the lead.
- Analytical with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proactive nature, confident with a strong attention to detail with a passion to problem-solve.
What we will offer you:
- Annual bonus opportunity.
- Up to 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.
- 2 extra (paid!) days off per year to volunteer in the local community.
- 50% discount.
- Subsidised BUPA Dental Insurance.
- Healthcare cash plan and Life Assurance.
- Interest free season ticket loan.
