Why be a Sourcing Manager at THG Beauty?
As a Sourcing Manager you\'ll own the global product strategy that powers our Beauty Boxes and positions LOOKFANTASTIC as a market leader in beauty discovery. Working closely with the General Manager, you\'ll help shape the long‑term product vision, range plan and budget, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional brand partnerships, customer excitement, and commercial success. You\'ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation—collaborating across functions, influencing and showcasing to senior stakeholders, and driving Beauty Box forward as a key proposition within the wider LOOKFANTASTIC brand to both customers and brand partners.
Partner with the GM on annual range planning and budget management, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Lead the sourcing and negotiation strategy for monthly, limited‑edition, and seasonal Boxes.
Manage, motivate and guide a team of 2 to deliver the yearly range, ensuring hitting product scoring metrics agreed across the business.
Collaborate with senior Buying teams to align brand plans and optimise commercial negotiations for The Box.
Represent Beauty Box and sampling in key new business meetings and partnership strategy discussions with leading global beauty brands.
Be the product lead for Beauty Box in cross‑functional forums with SLT and wider stakeholders, shaping product strategy and vision.
Own and evolve the Beauty Box pitch deck, collaborating with Marketing and Commercial Marketing to deliver market‑leading partnership packages that drive impact and efficiency.
Build and nurture relationships with global brands to secure the exclusive and new products and brand inclusions as we drive sampling forward on LF with our partners.
Stay ahead of emerging beauty trends, translating insights into innovative product curations and collaborations.
