YOUR ROLE
Ready to prescribe yourself a future in logistics? We’re looking for a Warehouse Degree Apprentice to join our Daventry healthcare site, where you’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards your degree, all while helping to keep vital medicines and healthcare products moving. As a Warehouse Degree Apprentice, you won’t just be moving boxes, you’ll be supporting the smooth running of a healthcare supply chain that really makes a difference.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship, you will gain broad experience across the logistics operation, giving you the opportunity to develop and progress while completing your degree. Choosing a Degree Apprenticeship comes with so many benefits to you, these include:
- Studying part time at Aston University whilst gaining relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- You’ll receive access to benefits including discounts and holiday buy schemes.
- You’ll start with 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

- Your apprenticeship is a fully funded 4-year degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, and you’ll be awarded a full honours degree at the end.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious and ready to learn, someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team. In a healthcare environment, being organised, reliable and detail-focused is essential, because what you do helps ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time. To be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE's grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels (96 UCAS points).
