Do you enjoy analyzing supply chain data to optimize our customers' business processes? Then strengthen our team in software implementation and consulting projects! Our team plays a key role in identifying and interpreting customer needs, developing innovative solutions, and delivering value-adding features for our clients. This position requires analytical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent consulting abilities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer engagement: Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met.
- Solution design and architecture: Create innovative solutions within our software that deliver measurable value for our customers.
- Solution presentation and consulting: Develop customized system demonstrations and presentations to meet customer requirements and build trust in proposed solutions.
- Testing and quality assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure solution quality and address any issues immediately.
- Data proficiency: Translate technical specifications into solution designs and manage parameters to effectively meet customer requirements.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- A degree or 3 years of supply chain analysis experience.
- At least 2.5 years of professional experience and a structured, independent way of working.
- Experience working with clients and in software implementation projects.
- Solution-oriented mindset, persuasive with your ideas, but also open to opposing viewpoints.
- Staying up to date with developments in our software and eagerly diving into new topics.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical, independent working style.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or with retailers/consumer goods companies is a plus.
