Support the growth of the Regional Inventory Management Forum and collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to drive transparency and continuous improvement across the region!
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor key supply chain and retail inventory KPIs, ensuring accuracy and enabling data-driven performance discussions at regional and cross-functional levels.
- Transform data into actionable insights by analysing end-to-end supply chain and retail inventory performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve product availability and efficiency.
- Support the development of the Regional Inventory Management Forum, facilitating knowledge sharing, aligning on best practices, and partnering with business units and other functions to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging curiosity and problem-solving skills to support data testing and enhance tools, reporting, and analytical frameworks.
- Collaborate with other SCO teams and cross-functional teams to drive transparency and alignment across the region.
What it Takes
- The ideal candidate has an education within Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- They have a couple of years of experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Databricks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Experience to analyse large datasets and perform effective data testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different countries.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy.
- Prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several initiatives, prioritise effectively, and deliver outstanding results.
- A continuous improvement approach, with curiosity and a strong desire for learning.
The position is based in London, UK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
