We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to lead the management of a portfolio of high-value contracts. This role is clientâside, senior, and influential, requiring strong commercial judgement, confidence working within statutory procurement frameworks, and the ability to manage risk and performance across the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and govern high-value, high-risk contracts, applying proportionate oversight based on value and risk.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute contract management professional with experience operating in complex, regulated environments, ideally within healthcare or hospital settings.
Essential experience and knowledge:- Proven experience managing high-value and high-risk contracts from the client side in a regulated environment.
- Experience with Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Managed Equipment Service (MES), or other complex commercial partnerships.
Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, law, finance, engineering, or other numerate subject). CIPS accreditation or a clear commitment to achieving CIPS qualification is highly advantageous.
