About the Role

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager with purchasing & placing orders; ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchases for goods and services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Undertaking general administration activities in a timely manner
  • Raising purchase orders & requisitions
  • Processing invoices
  • Following up on the delivery of outstanding purchase orders
  • Forecasting product requirements
  • Handling and resolving delivery and supplier queries
  • Identifying and implementing any opportunities to improve our current processes
  • Any general administration support
  • Ensuring all invoices are up to date and processed accurately before due date
  • Ensuring all manual reports are up to date

Role Requirements

  • Excellent G-Suite skills, particularly Google Sheets (excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effectiveness in managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Procurement and/or Supply chain experience is preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a hands-on approach
