As a Global Indirect Category Manager, you will take ownership of HR procurement, covering recruitment, contingent labour, and benefits. However, candidates from other indirect procurement backgrounds (Professional Services, IT, FM, etc.) will be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing global procurement strategies that deliver real business impact.
  • Managing high-value supplier negotiations across multiple regions.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to influence procurement decisions at the highest level.
  • Ensuring procurement best practices are embedded across the organisation.
