About the Role
As Logistics Manager, you\’ll report to the Supply Chain Director and lead all warehouse operations – from inbound product receipt and storage, to outbound finished goods distribution and factory line support.

  • Proven leadership in warehouse operations
  • Skilled at developing and leading teams
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, SAP, ERP)
  • Experience with lean/5S/continuous improvement

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, overseeing inbound receipt, stock control, and outbound distribution to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth handovers and minimize delays or disruptions.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance, implementing effective 5S housekeeping practices throughout the warehouse.
  • Utilize performance data and monitor KPIs to identify and implement process improvements that drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan staffing, shifts, and equipment schedules to consistently meet warehouse production and delivery targets.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to build a high-performing, collaborative warehouse team.
  • Monitor costs and resource allocation, seeking opportunities for greater efficiency and cost savings.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and digitalisation projects to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Work closely with transport teams to ensure efficient scheduling, optimal loading, and reliable, on-time dispatch of goods.
