We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies - such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for the Food & Beverage industry.

As a UK&I Logistics Lead, you are responsible for the daily logistic operations through effective management of our logistics service provider and support the design and optimisation of our UK&I network. Reporting directly to the UK&I Logistics Manager and working as part of the UK&I Logistics team you will combine business process knowledge, data expertise, and analysis skills to identify and drive improvement programs within our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times and transportation costs.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organisation to aid customer service and cost improvements.
  • Ensure metrics, reports and processes are documented and available.
  • Development and execution of network design and optimisation strategy to support cost reductions, increase delivery speed and improved delivery experience for our customers.
  • Contribute to the strategy, prioritise technical and operational initiatives, evaluate and set stakeholders expectations.
  • Development of necessary tools to enable optimal design of network.
  • Work closely with commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders to drive implementation of initiatives.
  • Drive cross functional teams to deliver programs.
Technical Integration and Systems Support
  • Monitor SAP IDoc flows relevant to logistics operations including creation, transmission, and receipt of IDocs for order processing, shipments, dispatch confirmations, and customs documentation.
  • Identify and resolve IDoc and interface errors in collaboration with IT integration teams to prevent service delays or documentation failures.
  • Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and data flow reliability between SAP, WMS, transportation partners, and other external systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new carrier integrations and ensuring smooth operational readiness for new interfaces or process changes.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Proficient Excel experience creating formulas, Pivot tables essential.
  • Previous working knowledge of SAP and WMS systems is essential.
  • Working knowledge of SAP IDoc processing including IDoc monitoring, error analysis and reprocessing.
  • Familiarity with logistics relevant IDoc types such as ORDERS, DESADV, DELVRY, SHPMNT, and customs related document flows.
  • Experience working with system interfaces between SAP and external partners for example WMS platforms, parcel carriers like UPS and FedEx, and third party logistics systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration failures and collaborate effectively with IT and operational teams to restore flow and prevent repeat errors.
  • Ideally 3+ years' experience in program or project management, process improvement or strategic development.
  • Experience in manipulating complex data, data processing and analysing, drawing conclusions from data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to present and effectively communicate to wider senior leadership teams.
