This hybrid role is based at Trident Place, Hatfield, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. You’ll play a key role in managing forecasts, supplier performance, and key KPIs to ensure our product range runs smoothly across both Ocado and Morrisons channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own demand and forecast planning for ~2,500 products, achieving KPIs for availability, waste, and fulfilment.
  • Build strong supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Optimise delivery schedules, buying processes, and inbound efficiency.
  • Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, trading, operations, and project teams to improve processes and systems.

About you:

  • Skilled in demand forecasting, data analysis, and supply chain planning.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to work independently and proactively.
  • Confident decision‑maker in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
  • Strong Excel and IT skills, with ability to interpret numerical data and inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working occasional weekends on a rota.

Preferred: commercial acumen, supplier management experience, and e-commerce or large‑scale retail supply chain exposure.
