This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy operational department. The role will predominantly be focused on large key accounts. We are looking for the right candidate who is professional, motivated and who has a keen interest in the supply chain sector. This is a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Tasks
  • Liaising with large key accounts supplying goods to the UK market.
  • Supporting on domestic transport routines and international movements between Europe and the UK.
  • Be part of a team who are scheduling, planning, and liaising with warehouses, logistics, haulage departments at all levels and with customers externally/internally.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Support with KPI reporting and finance in terms of invoicing and finance. Stock appraisals and reconciliation.
  • Converse professionally by telephone, as many phone calls are made in the day to day running of the business.
  • Using Microsoft products and learn new bespoke systems within DSV.
  • Administration duties with the ability to focus on prioritising daily tasks.
  • Other general duties.
