An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced food & beverages procurement professional to join a major player across the hospitality, hotel, foodservice and leisure sectors. With a £multi-billion turnover and a strong national footprint, this business is rapidly expanding and transforming the way it sources and delivers quality food and beverage products to improve guest experience, drive sustainability, and support future growth.
This is a high-impact Procurement Manager role which will be responsible for ownership of key areas of Food & Beverage procurement from sourcing and supplier negotiation to category strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across F&B categories.
- Lead negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting to deliver commercial value.
- Partner with Supply Chain & Technical teams to ensure food safety, quality, and supply continuity.
- Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximise value and innovation.
- Support simplification, cost control, and category growth initiatives.
Required Experience:
- Proven procurement / category management experience in Food & Beverage.
- Strong understanding of food product specs, allergen compliance, and supply chain risk.
- Sector background in hospitality, leisure, foodservice, contract catering, or grocery retail.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and project management skills.
- A commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
