Flexible, part-time zero hour contract. Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay) plus mileage and travel time paid (excluding first and last 10 min/8 miles from home). Location allowance may apply. Full UK driving licence and use of vehicle required. We offer an average of 5-20 hours per week (not guaranteed).
About the role: As an Instore Merchandiser, you’ll bring products to life on the shop floor. You’ll own your territory, take care of point-of-sale placement, stock replenishment, and auditing. You’ll maintain high standards, create visually impactful displays, and build relationships with store colleagues and managers. You’ll ensure stock is replenished, displays stay on-brand, and that every visit is cost-effective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys engaging with others.

About you: Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory. However, you must be:
- A friendly confident personality with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
- Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
- Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
