Commercial Manager – NDT
Application Deadline: 7 May 2025
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Oxford
Reporting To: Commercial Director
Description
Want to be part of a team delivering game-changing products? We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who will play a key role in developing and executing the strategic commercialisation plan to penetrate the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) market with Adaptix 3D NDT solutions.
As Commercial Manager for NDT, you will leverage existing distribution networks, cultivate new relationships, and drive expansion efforts to promote the company\’s products and achieve market adoption. Taking a strategic approach, you will evaluate and prioritise key market opportunities, both geographically and by industry, ensuring that the company\’s products gain widespread acceptance and growth within chosen markets.
The Company
Adaptix Limited is transforming radiology through the development of innovative fast-acquisition, low-flux, deployable Digital Tomosynthesis 3D X-ray with applications across a multitude of global markets.
AdaptixNDT is taking this technology into the future of non-destructive evaluation (NDT) for Aerospace composites, Metal Additive Manufacturing and the Electronics supply chain. Computed Tomography 3D X-ray is too prohibitive because of high-cost (and running/maintenance cost), -weight, -power, and slow-speed, so AdaptixNDT is offering 3D internal visualisation at the point of diagnostics earlier in manufacture and through-life with a consistent digital output facilitating Digital Twins and NDE4.0.
Candidate ProfileAs our ideal candidate, you are educated to at least degree level, or have equivalent experience.

- Market Opportunity Evaluation: Strategically assess and prioritise geographic and industry segments to ensure the company focuses on the most lucrative market opportunities.
- Network Expansion: Identify and establish new distribution networks and expand existing ones to maximise market reach and adoption of the company\’s products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director, Marketing and Communications Director, and the NDT Development and Engineering teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
