Our vision for Medication Delivery Solutions at BD: As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.

About the role: As the Commercial Manager, you will be the driving force behind commercial strategy execution across the MDS UKI Business Unit. You will lead national pricing strategy, strengthen our market presence, and maximise commercial value across all routes to market. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, B2B, and Distribution teams, you will act as the key commercial voice of BD MDS UK for National Procurement Bodies, the Private Health Sector, and strategic 3PL partners. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for an ambitious commercial leader who thrives in a complex, matrixed environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Sets and Manages National Pricing Strategy
  • Lead the development and implementation of the MDS UK National Pricing Strategy.
  • Ensure pricing structures support profitable market share growth through optimal price, volume, and product mix.
  • Create frameworks for product and account margin optimisation, delivering these across the sales organisation to drive commercial excellence.
  • Collaborate with the BDX Pricing Group to contribute to cross-business-unit pricing initiatives.
