Location: Angel, London - Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote

We're seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated individual to join our Category Management team on Wayfair Professional, the B2B arm of Wayfair. Wayfair Professional is a fast-growing business built just for Pros, with the mission of being the #1 destination for all furniture, fixtures and equipment purchases for every business in our key verticals: Office, Contractor, Interior Design, Accommodation & Property Management.

What You'll Do:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage your own portfolio of key B2B supplier accounts. Communicate directly with C-suite level suppliers from large companies, acting as their growth coach and strategic advisor. Execute negotiations to secure the best pricing & operational set up. Lead regular supplier reviews focused on long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial & Data Analysis: Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Leverage Excel to model scenarios and monitor key KPIs. Support commercial strategy with insights drawn from supplier and market data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities for the B2B category and collaborate with internal teams to drive change. Collaborate closely with our sales team from a product perspective.
  • Market Engagement: Analyse and anticipate competitor marketing, selection and pricing strategy. Advance catalogue expansion: identify selection gaps, prioritise new item production, and develop relationships with target suppliers. Attend trade shows and visit key suppliers (3-5 times per year).

What You'll Need:

  • Fluency in English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies with demonstrated ability to execute against these.
  • Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Success in building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially astute with strong business judgement.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively cross functionally and independently.
  • Proven experience in management consulting or eCommerce or similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
