At CIM Moor Hall, we’re looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our welcoming team, where you’ll deliver a friendly and efficient service to guests across our restaurant, bar, and events spaces.
In a typical day, you’ll:
- Creating a warm and inviting experience for all customers, including delegates, businesses and CIM staff
- Maintaining clean and polished restaurant and bar areas
- Helping with event setup and service (think weddings, functions, and special occasions)
- Supporting colleagues with clear, respectful communication
- Lending a hand to our kitchen team when needed (safely and hygienically)
- Playing a key role in delivering top‑notch guest feedback
For this role, you’ll need to be:
- Warm, courteous, and love working with people
- Methodical, self‑motivated, and a reliable team player
- Calm under pressure, with an eye for the little details
- Experienced in hospitality (hotel, restaurant or conference centre experience is a big plus)
