Role: Food and Beverage Assistant Casual – Zero Hours

Hours: Flexi – shifts between 7am and 11pm (including some weekends)

Salary: £12.71 per hour

At CIM Moor Hall, we’re looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our welcoming team, where you’ll deliver friendly and efficient service to guests across our restaurant, bar, and events spaces.

In a typical day, you’ll:

  • Creating a warm and inviting experience for all customers, including delegates, businesses and CIM staff
  • Maintaining clean and polished restaurant and bar areas
  • Helping with event setup and service (weddings, functions, and special occasions)
  • Supporting colleagues and customers with clear, respectful communication
  • Lending a hand to our kitchen team when needed (safely and hygienically)

For this role, you’ll need to be:

  • Methodical, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
  • Calm under pressure, with an eye for the little details
  • Experienced in hospitality (hotel, restaurant or conference centre experience is desirable)
