We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Learner Partner Development Executive to join our Qualifications & Partnerships team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with our learner partner community, helping to strengthen partnerships, improve performance, support growth initiatives, and enhance the learner experience.

What you'll be doing
As a key member of the Partnerships team, you'll support the development and success of our learner partner community by:
- Building and managing relationships with learner partners against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Supporting partner growth and accreditation activities.
- Analysing performance data and providing regular reporting and insights.
- Monitoring partner compliance with regulatory and brand requirements.
- Supporting revenue and profitability analysis across the partnership network.
- Coordinating communications, onboarding and engagement initiatives for learner partners.
- Managing and resolving partner and student queries and complaints effectively.
- Supporting partnership projects and events from planning through to delivery.
- Gathering feedback from learner partners and learners to inform future improvements and growth opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and risks within the education sector.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with commercial awareness and an analytical mindset.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working within the education, learning or professional membership sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience tracking performance against KPIs and delivering actionable insights.
- Good project management and organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications and CRM/reporting systems.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
