Calderdale Council is seeking a Youth Homelessness Prevention Worker to join the Young Persons Housing Team. You will assess and support 16/17 year olds and care leavers, coordinating interventions with families and partner agencies to prevent homelessness.
The role requires experience with young people, good communication, and the ability to manage a caseload with proactive, flexible approaches. DBS may be required and the council encourages flexible working options.
